Diplômé des Beaux-Arts d'Orléans (DNSEP, 1999) et formé aux arts graphiques à Nantes, Guillaume Fourcaut est un créateur au parcours hors norme. Graphiste senior et directeur artistique depuis plus de 30 ans, il s'est installé à Lomé, au Togo, il y a 18 ans.
Aujourd'hui, il revient à ses fondamentaux : on découpe, on griffonne, on colle, on peint, on calligraphie, on photographie… et tout se mélange dans un Mac, avec de l'Afrique et de la joie. Son œuvre sublime la femme africaine, entre graphisme contemporain et émotion brute.
A graduate of the Beaux-Arts d'Orléans (DNSEP, 1999) and trained in graphic arts in Nantes, Guillaume Fourcaut is a creator with an exceptional career. A senior graphic designer and art director for over 30 years, he has been based in Lomé, Togo for 18 years.
Today, he returns to his fundamentals: cutting, sketching, collaging, painting, calligraphy, photography… all blended on a Mac, with Africa and joy. His work celebrates the African woman, between contemporary design and raw emotion.
